Grass River Properties commissioned Pixlwrks to develop a design concept for a 248-unit luxury rental project in the heart of Wilton Manors, Florida.  Equipped with only a preliminary massing study from the planning designer the client had retained, Pixlwrks was able to develop an initial design, including the exterior building language and craft a set of illustrative visuals so that the developer could hold a preliminary discussion with City officials.
