This non-commissioned series of visuals was created for an unbuilt project from 2006.  Pixlwrks founder, Jason, was lead design of the project at the time and has used the design to showcase and highlight our expertise in commercial office marketing campaigns.

Art Direction and Interior Design services for the development located one block from the beach were also provided in the creation of the visual assets and highlight the unique character of the interior and exterior spaces.
